California Music Academy is the leading music school for children in Beverly Hills. Our music education program focuses on the most popular musical instruments: Piano, Singing, and Guitar.
For almost 20 years, we ran the largest and oldest “brick and mortar” music school in Los Angeles. However, to ensure the safety of our students in the Covid-19 era, we have transitioned to private In-Home lessons and Live Online lessons.
We continue to focus exclusively on teaching children and teens, and offer lessons 7-days a week in Beverly Hills and its surrounding communities.

Beverly Hills Singing & Voice Lessons
Many students take singing lessons alone or simultaneously with instrumental music lessons. Students sing various music, from their favorite artists to classical arias. Our voice teachers have university training in music, specializing in voice and singing, everything from pop and jazz to opera. Our teachers all have performance backgrounds as well. A sample of what a student will learn in singing lessons includes how to breathe correctly, increase their range, proper pitch, and project and stage presence. We provide a professional accompanist who rehearses with the students and plays for them at the recitals. Our private, one-on-one voice lesson lengths are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour.
Many of our students take piano & Singing Mixed lessons. Such lessons are very effective in keeping students engaged and motivated. We start Piano and Singing mixed lessons at age 5 onward. Beginners usually take 30-minute lessons while intermediate and advanced students take 45-minutes or 1-hour lessons.
Beverly Hills Mixed Guitar & Singing
some of our students take guitar & Singing Mixed lessons. Such lessons are not for everyone, because they tend to be challenging especially for beginners and younger students. We start Guitar and Singing mixed lessons at age 8 onward. Beginners usually take 30-minute lessons while intermediate and advanced students take 45-minutes or 1 hour lessons.
